UK Film Council

The Uk Film council fund every aspect of british film in order to get the best films possible from a british background. They fund script development which enables films to have to best possible story to interest and 'wow' audiences. The UK film council beleive that with a great script a great film has a the best base to work from. They also fund in film culture so that all there films can attract a big audience. Having different cultures gives the film a better chance of a wider audience which also means that the film is more likely to be succesfull in money and profits.

They fund british cinema which is a massive boost towards a succesful film as having a film which has a great viewing increases DVD sales aswell as the money made from the cinema. The cinema fund also helps viewers have the best cinema experince by having the best quality sound and picture for the best possible enjoyment.

One of the most important parts of funding goes to the exporting a distribution of british film. Giving extra funds towards films helps films become exported to areas that will relate and enjoy most to get the best possible profits.

I would be looking for some funding from the Uk Film council as I will not have a huge budget to spend on actors and editing my film.
