My film poster is based around the Kidulthood and Adulthood films posters. I have chosen similar Areas and settings with an intention of getting the same message across and the same feel about the film as both Kidulthood and Adulthood had. The main characters are in a conventional spot placed in the middle of the poster. The central position suggests that they are also the central attraction in the film. The title is placed in the stereotypical place in the middle and top of the poster. This is the best place as it gets the attention easier. The character on the right is sat down with his back turned which gives connotations of him being singled out or he maybe a small character in the film. The character at the back is a fair distance behind the rest of the characters. This suggests that he may be looking over the gang and he has some part to play. He is stood behind the wall which connotations that he is wanting to get involved as much as he feels he needs too, however the wall is seen as some sort of barrier that is impeding him from doing what he feels he needs to do. The character on the left is dressed as the typical british 'badboy' with the hooded jacket and peaked cap. He is slightly turned away which could suggest that he may have something against someone in the film but it doesn't give too much away about who he is going battle against.
